A 2½ years old boy known case of chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) presented with fever non-resolving pneumonia for 2½ months. He had no response to antibiotics. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) had not grown anything on fungal or bacterial culture. He was thus started on antituberculous therapy (ATT) for same. He was also on voriconazole for suspected fungal infection.
Can voriconazole and TB treatment be given together?
