Certain dual-NRTI drug combinations are not recommended.

These include :

  • zidovudine + stavudine

  • emtricitabine + lamivudine

  • stavudine + didanosine

  • atazanavir + indinavir

  • Indinavir + saquinavir

  • Tenofovir + didanosine
